Q: How much experience do your therapists have?
A: We have 12 physiotherapists on staff with 3 to over 30 years experience. If you are searching for a particular skill set for your clients, please call the clinic, or review Our Team page.
Q: How quickly will a patient be seen for their first appointment?
A: We will make every effort to book an appointment within 24 hours. We always hold back a couple of same-day appointments for emergencies.
Q: How many treatments will be needed?
A: Every condition is individually evaluated, based on the person and severity of their condition and patient activity expectations. The treating physiotherapist will advise your client of an appropriate treatment plan after their initial assessment.
Q: Following a car accident, how soon should a client receive physiotherapy treatment?
A: Immediately. Physiotherapists will educate your patients about their injury and safely returning to activity.
Q: Do you send ICBC information?
A: Not without the patient’s consent. ICBC requires some information for the purposes of direct billing. Should a client not wish to have that information released, they must pay the full private fee each visit.
Q: What if patients can’t afford treatment?
A: We are able to offer various payment options. Please contact Kerry Maxwell the clinic owner at firstname.lastname@example.org or give the clinic a call to further discuss this.
