Whether just getting into yoga or a seasoned practitioner – this class is for those looking to deepen their practice. The small group setting allows the opportunity to break down poses, integrate breath work, and aid in relaxation. Classes will include Pranayama (breathwork), Sun Salutation A + B, standing poses, inversions, and relaxation/meditation. Appropriate for moderate beginners to intermediate levels. * Must be able to get on/off floor, weight-bear on hands and knees.

Gentle Yoga for Chronic Pain

Combining relaxation, therapeutic yoga, and the science of pain to provide individuals tools for pain management and reduction.  Each week we will cover a new aspect of ongoing pain as well as safe and natural yoga practices for home.  Suitable for all levels.

Slow and gentle class is all about bringing balance. This style provides the opportunity to improve breath, body awareness, flexibility, and strength as well as help with stress, pain management, and enhancing daily living. Suitable for all levels.
