Gentle Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00 AM (September 11, 18, 25 & October 2, 9, 16)

Thursdays 2:00 – 3:00 PM (September 13, 20, 27 & October 4, 11, 18)

Slow and gentle class is all about bringing balance. This style provides the opportunity to improve breath, body awareness, flexibility, and strength as well as help with stress, pain management, and enhancing daily living. Suitable for all levels.
